A place that makes you feel at home. Mauro and all the staff are truly special people. We had dinner with them 2 evenings and already on the second evening we were like historical friends...Just one note.... Mauro, pay attention to the service.. those small lapses can annoy some people...But otherwise TOP... excellent meat and really good first courses..

They welcomed us even though it was almost 3pm. Abundant and well-presented mixed starter, local and special products (wild boar, deer, smoked meats, truffles). If you can find a fault I would say that the peppers were a little too salty. Honest prices also considering the abundance of portions and the quantity of grated truffle on the pasta. Super recommended place to eat something typical. Friendly staff.

I went there for lunch yesterday with my partner Valentina from Pescasseroli, I compliment the owners, every time we go there for lunch I am really happy with the goodness and quality of the food, the owners are very kind and patient, the food is of excellent quality and is very well prepared, not to mention the final bill to pay which is absolutely fair and much better than the average of the places in the area, where due to the tourist location the prices are quite high.Congratulations to the place for how they do their business, thanks for everything and see you next time.Walter and Valentina

The place appears rather rustic, almost giving the idea of having entered a cave or a cellar, not too well cared for. Perhaps precisely for this reason, it immediately conveys the idea of a place to eat local things in a genuine way.Of the food, I would like to point out: a delicious appetizer with house-made cured meats (among which the wild boar salami, venison ham and truffled mortadella stand out); tagliatelle with deer ragout which was spectacular; little guitar with ricotta and lemon bacon; the inevitable kebabs. The only slightly discordant note regarding the pasta is its cooking. Probably to allow perfect creaming, the pasta remained on the heat for too long and became overcooked.Including water, wine, second courses, desserts and bitters, you spend around thirty euros per person. Price more than fair for the quality and quantity served

Very nice evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was a discovery of local dishes, and delicious. English and french spoken. Beautiful performance. There is a nice simple terrace in the back.

Truly a great discovery! We happened upon this inn by chance and the kindness of the two boys (brothers?) combined with the excellent cuisine made the lunch truly pleasant. Game tagliatelle and truffle ravioli are really good; the cheesecake with chocolate and coconut wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back.Martina and Angelo
